  • Q: Where do you currently ship?

    At this time, we ship to New Zealand and Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. box at this time

    All orders are shipped from our facilities in Auckland, New Zealand.

  • Q: Do you offer free shipping?

    In New Zealand, we offer free shipping for all orders exceeding NZD 100. For orders under NZD 100, a nominal shipping fee of NZD 10 is applied. For our customers in Australia, a flat shipping rate of NZD 20 is charged for each order, regardless of the total purchase amount. While we strive to provide timely delivery, please note that we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates with our free shipping options.

  • Q: Where is my package?

    Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive the email within a day, please check your "spam" folder. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you believe your package was lost, please send an email to marketing@thezonepharma.com. We cannot replace items until the package has been confirmed to be missing.

  • Q: Do I have to pay to return my items?

    Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the items.

  • Q: I already placed my order. Can I change my delivery address?

    If you made any errors while entering your order, please contact us directly at marketing@thezonepharma.com. We will do everything we can to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

  • Q: What if I received an order with missing or damaged items?

    Immediately report any delivery issues by contacting us directly at marketing@thezonepharma.com. It is crucial that you contact us quickly, as we are unable to assist with items outside of the 30-day return policy timeframe. We require a photo of the damaged items and/or package. Any damaged package will need to be returned to our warehouse for further evaluation. Our team will reach out to send a replacement.

    Apply Hair Activator daily to your scalp. It's important to apply it generously and evenly to cover all areas, enhancing protection against hair shedding and thinning.

    Yes, both our Hair Nutrition and Hair Activator have a shelf life of 2 years.

  • Q: Can I use BLMo products with other hair growth products?

    Yes, BLMo products can be safely used alone or in conjunction with other hair growth products to potentially enhance overall results.

  • Q: Should I stop using Minoxidil when starting BLMo products?

    If you are currently using Minoxidil, stopping its use abruptly can lead to increased hair shedding. We suggest gradually decreasing Minoxidil use over a 2-3 month period while integrating BLMo products into your routine to help transition without significant hair loss.

    Yes, it's normal and temporary, so there's no need to worry. When you begin a new hair loss treatment, it's common to experience some initial shedding.
